10 Session w/ Food Support

Includes one day of Ayurvedic hospital food drop off to help rejuvenate, heal, and calm your mind right after birth

• One meeting prior to birth to get to know each other and discuss postpartum wishes

• 4-hour visits 2 days per week for the first 42 days following birth (total of 10 home visits)

• One Ayurvedic postpartum meal preparation and service for Mom each day (4-6 servings)

• One Ayurvedic snack, tea and spiced milk service each day

• Each day of service Mom will receive:

  • A one hour warm sesame oil bodywork

  • Bengkung belly bind session

  • Vaginal steaming with breath work to help tone your pelvic floor, and aid in deep relaxation

• Text/phone support during contracted schedule

• Physical, emotional, and informational support regarding the postpartum period

• Breastfeeding and/or paced bottle feeding guidance and support

• Help with healing and discomfort

• Nutritional guidance

• Ayurvedic herbs to support lactation

• Gentle oil massage instruction and guidance for baby

• Yoga and meditation one-on-one

• Light house cleaning, and grocery shopping

• Use of essential oils
