10 Sessions

• One meeting prior to birth to get to know each other and discuss postpartum wishes

• 3-hour visits 2 days per week for the first 42 days following birth (total of 10 home visits)

• One Ayurvedic Snack, and tea service each day

• Daily warm sesame Ayurvedic body work for mom, also known as Abhyanga

• Daily Bengkung belly binding

• Daily vaginal steam using all restorative herbs like:

  • Calendula

  • Yarrow

  • Lavender

  • Plantain

  • Lady’s Mantle

  • Comfrey Leaf

• Text/phone support during contracted schedule

• Physical, emotional, and informational support regarding the postpartum period

• Breastfeeding and/or paced bottle feeding guidance and support

• Help with healing and discomfort

• Nutritional guidance

• Ayurvedic herbs to support lactation

• Gentle oil massage instruction and guidance for baby

• Yoga and meditation one-on-one

• Light house cleaning

• Use of essential oils
